another book along similar themes, is faulkner's light in august.
A bit of serious reading.
It peaks if you dare to peek between the lines.
People tell me they find reading faulkner difficult.. I wonder how.
Its kind of like rk narayan, non-indians find the details dull.
Read old man and the sea (hemingway), if you want to read a timeless story.
I liked forsyth's the man from st. petersburg, if you prefer a movie like storyline.
